Paradigm for Parity’s Center for Action, in partnership with Girls with Impact (GWI), is offering a unique leadership development program specifically designed for new-to-career and early career women.

GWI is the nation’s only live, online business and leadership program for young women, equipping them with skills, tools, and mentoring to thrive and advance in the workplace. GWI will support the coalition member companies by offering their mini-“MBA” program, which teaches essential business acumen to early career women employees.

By developing targeted business skills, fostering leadership potential, and building a strong community of female peers, this program provides a transformative experience. Paradigm for Parity members also receive exclusive group pricing for companies to invest in the future leaders of their organizations.
