business & financial acumen through simulated multi-year business strategy.

Includes

protégé and sponsor training to support sponsorship from internal company executives. Also includes career navigation from external executives with P&L management experience.

Delivers

core skill leadership training specific to today’s evolving leaders.

Provides

both 1:1 and group virtual executive coaching.

Who should enroll:

  • High-potential professionals with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Leaders aspiring to business line leadership.

  • Professionals looking to transition from staff role to line management position.

–  July 1, 2025: P&L nominations open
Q2, 2026: Participant and internal sponsor nominations due (Seats available on a first-come, first-serve basis)
Q2, 2026: Confirmations and Invoices forwarded to participating companies
Q2, 2026: Final program payment due. Invoices will be sent upon registration. (Split and deferred payment options are available—please inquire for more details.)
Q3 2026: Program Kick Off & Orientation RSVP Due
Q3, 2026: Program Kick Off & Orientation (NYC and Virtual)
