Multicultural and Intergenerational Women's Event: Early Career

The recent World Economic Forum estimates that the pandemic has delayed gender parity by 36 years – affecting almost an entire generation of women. It is also well documented that multicultural women suffered the biggest impact during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic and were the slowest to recover positions and wages.

To address this, Paradigm for Parity will host a Multicultural, Intergenerational Women’s Summit, a unique experience for Multicultural Women and allies to provide key insights regarding the path to the C-suite and beyond; address topics that will help elevate and educate; and provide “how to” resources that will benefit attendees personally and professionally. This summit will also dedicate an entire program to those who are newer on their career path, a path now deeply impacted by the Covid 19-pandemic.
