The benefits of inclusive leadership are indisputable for leaders who want to foster gender parity. That’s why we are partnering with the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership and deepen the support for our coalition members with inclusive leadership training.
This program, designed specifically for Paradigm for Parity members, will help participants develop greater understanding of inclusive leadership and identify specific actions they can take to lead more inclusively. The learning journey takes place over a four-week period and moves the cohort from establishing a solid foundation to creating awareness and to becoming upstanders, allies and change agents.
