August 26th is Women’s Equality Day – a day that marks the ratification of the 19th amendment, which afforded many women the right to vote. This important day in history serves as a reminder of the work women have done to achieve equity in places of power in society and corporate America. To honor this day, each year, Paradigm for Parity® proudly highlights “Women on the Rise” from our coalition members — innovators who are breaking barriers in corporate leadership and showing the value of gender parity and racial equity in the workforce.
The Paradigm for Parity® coalition applauds these strong female leaders from our member companies, each of whom have been nominated by their colleagues, sponsors, or mentors.
