Introduced in 2022, this signature program is a multi-pronged 6-month development program designed to fast-track women, regardless of the stage of their career, and particularly multicultural women, into senior operating roles that eventually lead to the C-Suite. August 26th is Women’s Equality Day—a day that marks the ratification of the 19th amendment, which afforded many women the right to vote.
