Paradigm for Parity®, a nonprofit organization supporting companies around the world in achieving their commitment to gender parity in corporate leadership, today announced the election of Hong Ogle to its Board of Directors.
Ogle serves as President of Bank of America Houston and Division Executive for the Private Bank Southeast/Southwest Division. She brings decades of executive leadership experience in financial services, as well as a deep commitment to economic mobility, community development, and inclusive leadership.

A native of Beijing, China, Hong moved to the United States in 1990 and earned her Master of Science degree from Florida State University. She began her financial services career in the early 1990s and joined Bank of America in 2010. She has been recognized as one of Houston’s Most Admired CEOs by the Houston Business Journal and as part of the Most Powerful Women in Banking and Finance: Top Team by American Banker. In addition to her professional roles, Hong serves on the boards of the Greater Houston Partnership and Central Houston Inc., leads the bank’s efforts to advance economic mobility in Houston, and is a member of the Bank of America Global Opportunity and Inclusion Council.
