The Paradigm for Parity® coalition provides companies with a continuously evolving toolkit of resources and DEI programs based on research, actual practices and needs of coalition companies. These off-the-shelf resources contain a suite of options available to engaged coalition members.

Courageous Conversations

Three toolkits that provide direction to executives and leaders of “how to” conduct conversations; opportunities for employees to engage in directed conversations in small groups; and a panel discussion series that engages at the organization level.

Stay Conversation Guide

A guide to help senior leaders and managers host conversations with key talent to increase retention and enhance talent development conversations.

Women Leading Program

A program designed to engage high-potential or emerging women in activities to deepen their connection to each other and the organization; to equip with core leadership skills to enhance their readiness for increased responsibility; and to enhance visibility with senior leadership to increase opportunities for mentorship and sponsorship.

Signature Programs, Events and Resources

Paradigm for Parity ® Profit & Loss Leadership Accelerator Program

Introduced in 2022, this signature program is a multi-pronged 6-month development program for early career (5 – 10 years) designed to fast-track women, particularly multicultural women, into senior operating roles that eventually lead to the C-Suite. The program leverages a simulation-centric design to increase retention and enhance talent development.

We would like to thank CVS, Merck and Adecco for their support as pilot sponsors. Their contributions to this program have been beneficial to so many of the participants in this initial program.

Women Leading

A program designed to engage high-potential or emerging multicultural women in activities to deepen their connection to each other and the firm; to enable core leadership skills to enhance their readiness for increased responsibility; and to enable visibility with senior leadership.

D&I Employee Life Cycle Toolkit

A comprehensive toolkit that provides diversity and inclusion insights and tactics to mitigate bias from “hiring” to “retention” and each important milestone during an employee’s life cycle.

Building and Advancing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

A best practice guide that provides and explains the benefits of the ERGs, learning experience to teach key business and financial acumen coupled with business leadership and in-demand soft skills training. All participants receive the support of internal company sponsors and external mentors who have managed significant P&Ls.

P4P Annual Meeting and Webinars

Informative, interactive meetings and webinars hosted by Paradigm for Parity to provide practical solutions and resources to assist coalition members and prospective members with driving and delivering a more inclusive workforce and workplace.

C-Suite Spotlight

A series of interviews with our coalition member company CEOs, to shine a light on how and why their organization makes gender parity a business priority and the benefits of their partnership with Paradigm for Parity. These interviews, made public on social media, include insightful details of their journey and progress on their path to parity.
