Statement from Paradigm for Parity on 2024 Presidential Election Results

With this election cycle, Vice President Kamala Harris became the second woman, first Black woman, and first South Asian person to be a major party’s presidential nominee, marking a monumental step forward for gender parity and racial equity. Voting is fundamental to America’s democracy and the strong turnout from all parties in this election represents the democratic process at work.

Paradigm for Parity remains steadfast in our commitment to addressing systemic gender and racial gaps and working toward transforming corporate culture so all can thrive.  We will continue to offer resources to uplift women leaders regardless of their race, demographic, sexual orientation, or professional backgrounds. We must continue to promote diversity of opinions and experiences to strengthen corporations and individuals. We will continue to partner with organizations of all sizes to accelerate progress and drive meaningful change.
