P4P celebrates the diversity of our coalition year round. We are dedicated to supporting women of all ages and backgrounds in the growth and upward trajectory of their careers. However, every Women’s Equality Day (August 26), we announce “Women on the Rise” from our coalition members — innovators who are breaking barriers in corporate leadership and showing the value of gender parity and racial equity in the workforce.

Women on the Rise allows companies to highlight rising stars in their companies that elevate and celebrate their hard work, diligence, mentorship, leadership capacity, and potential. Companies choose those who are considered innovators, excel at breaking barriers in corporate leadership, and show the value of gender parity and racial equity in the workforce.
